I've been on this weightloss journey for qute sometime. I started off at 260-270 lbs my freshman year of highschool. I joined waterpolo and swimming for all four years of highschool and dropped 90 pounds. I am so proud of myself. I currently weight 177 pounds and am 5'7". I am trying my hardest to lose body fat, and gain muscle. I only seek to become more physically fit, and feel better about myself. My ideal weight would be around 160 pounds, but I have decided to stop letting the scale determine my level of fitness and body fat percentage. I will determine my progress by my fitness progress, my muscle gain, measurements of my hip and weight ratio, and how I feel about myself.
SO FAR I HAVE LOST: 90 LBS (:
